OBIE is an 11 yr old bullie boy.
His mom is terminally ill and dad can no longer take care of him anymore so OBIE has come to stay with us at CBRR until we can find him a new place to rest his ol bones. He is a great boy that does not move fast but gets around just fine. He will do best in a calm, low activity household.

Hi, my name is Obie and I am just an old dog in search of my last home where I can lay my weary old bones and snore. My foster mommy would love me to stay but she has too many stairs for me....they hurt my joints. I am very sweet and get along with anything and anyone. It is true that I am 11 years old and my hearing and eyesight are not what they used to be but my doctor tells me I have a very strong heart. I have a ultrasound scheduled this week to make sure I don't have anything scary due to my high liver enzymes but since I've been going strong with this condition for years now I'm not worried. I am house trained but at night I have trouble holding it long and need to use training pads (the embarrassment!). I also eat Canine ZD because of my allergies but I need it softened with water because my teeth are in bad shape (I've been told I have bad breath, Oh, embarrassment again!). I am just looking for someone to love me for who I am...I may not have much time left on my side but there has to be an angel out there for me somewhere? Snort, Obie

My name is Lily Gonzalez. My sister and I had adopted and Bullie from the Cascade rescue in 2004. Sadly, he passed away last Christmas in 2007. He was 11 years old. His name was George Kugel. Anyway, we live in Bend, Oregon. Is he on any medications? What is his adoption fee? I am sure we could drive over to pick him up. He would make a good companion for our female 6 year old Frenchie, which we also adopted through a rescue. She is fine with male dogs, but not with females. As with George, we have a huge kennel in our yard, and Obie would of course be an indoor dog who would have run of the house.

Hey guys, you better put adoption pending now, because Obie is mine. My sister and I will be picking up his Master Obie on the 27 of September to bring him back to his new castle! Lily
